Partying in Battlegrounds

I've been doing battlegrounds with friends lately like in Alterac Valley and Arathi Basin. I have a hard time finding them on the map and there are times where neither of my buddies nor I get leader to we can mark each other.

So basically what I'm saying is there a mod that can make custom blips for buddies before you get into a battleground or some sort of raid marker without having raid leader?
