swing timer with latency

Hey. I was just wondering if someone has already made or could make a swing timer that takes into account your latency? Quartz does a great job of taking into account latency on cast bars but not on the swing timer. I would do it myself but I have absolutely no idea how . Would be very helpful for me as a tank wanting to maximize my TPS. Thanks.
