Cannot scale UI

I just installed RealUI on fresh WOW and Interface folders with no extra addons than whats provided. When I try to scale the UI, by hitting esc and going into system-advanced-RealUI UI Scaler, it just pops up a blank page that says "RealUI 8.1 r16" at the top and posts a bug in the bug traker.

The error strings are as follows:
