tell me what itens im need use now
what is the best addons? pally power is not better than ZOMGbuffs is good?

then im need at least the best addon that can show me when im will need to reload again all bufs in few buttons or one! what is the best

If I understood your message properly, the addon you're looking for would probably be PallyPower. On the top button it says how many of the reagents you have, and all you have to do is click that one button (once per friend) to buff your friends. It has a quite easy setup, AND it works together with other PallyPower users, allowing for better Pally buffing in raids.

I would check out Cork which is downloadable here at this site so just do a search for it I know I use it and like it alot. I set it up to use the mouse wheel for buffing myself and others for my priest and warrior.

Cork is the best option. Unless you're wanting Pally Power.
