Flowing:

Whenever I have one frame flow into another one, the Parent frame ends up showing double buffs (i.e.- Two icons for each buff).

Anyone else have this problem?

Turn off buffs in one of the two frames.

Flowing is mostly for when you need sorting - like if you want to have both buffs and debuffs in one frame, but have it be sorted by "buffs first, debuffs second", for example.

It puts everything that shows up in the 2nd frame into the first frame - so if both frames show buffs, and they're on the same target, then you'll get double buffs.
