API Change list?

I'm starting simple by maintaining other addons before trying to write my own (just about everything's I can think to do has been done by someone by now anyway.) I'm trying to update an old, left for dead addon to be compatable with the latest version. Is there somewhere a list of all api changes from previous patches? The addon actually seems to work just fine if I disable version checking, but I'd still like to double check the code to make sure there isn't any part broken that I just haven't used yet.

I know what you are asking for isn't fully provided in those locations, but hopefully once I finish the API reference sections on my site I can add API changes per version as well...
