Exiting mod shows xml as text rather than GUI

I'm attempting to use the UI Designer on my existing mod. Double clicking the XML files will display them as their raw text format rather than their graphical representation. Is there a way / trick I can make it so I can edit my exiting XML graphically?

In the Project Manager window, right click on the Project Name at the top and select Create New Form from the menu which appears. Double-click on the new form and you will be able to edit your file graphically.
It cannot be done with existing files yet.
