When they showed the zoomed shot of his addon list, I saw Mik's Battle Text. I'd be willing to bet that's the one showing ability Procs.

no, that's a whole different addon... i saw he had it in a video before without mic scrolling battle text

It's also possible that he has enabled Blizzards built in support for showing reactive spells and abilities. Which you can find in the Blizz Scrolling combat text options page. It's the 4th checkbox under the heading "Enable my floating combat text".

And as a side note, Miks does do the same thing, as I had my hunters Lock N Load procs set to show in Miks notification area.

I think the OP is talking about the spell icons that appear on the screen. MBST in those shots only show execute and overpower. The OP mentions rend and taste for blood as well which in the vid appear as spell icons with timers.

I've seen it before. It just escapes me what the name is.
