Just installed, UI is messed up.

I have read the installation guide over and over, read dozens of posts and I can't find anything that could help me.

I did, and with a clean install, and I have the same issue. The button bar gets pinned to the bottom and things don't get placed right.

Dread they think you are their leader!!

Did you follow the instructions posted for the Patch?
A clean install would require you to delete your current Interface and WTF folders
Launch WoW and set up your resolution and key bindings to your preferred settings
Download and Install Mazzle 1.1
Download and Install Mazzle 1.1.1 (follow the patch note instructions plz)
Run WoWAce Updater
Mazzify
If it doesnt go through all the way try doing /rl to reload your UI with out exiting, and try to mazzify again.

Do not take shortcuts, there is no such thing when it comes to programing a complicated UI that has to deal with literally 100's of other addons, that just broke.
Ill just skip the step where it says to make a back up, DOH!
Like ill put my shoes on before my pants (i actually have *shrugs*)

Delete your C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface folder
Delete your C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WTF folder
Delete your C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Fonts folder
Launch WoW: Set up Resolution and Key binds

Yea i have had the same problem as well i had to go back to my Old UI which i hate but Mazzle will not work for me at all for some reason. Maybe its the new patch.

He means in preferences, check the box "delete before updating"

I have followed these exact same steps and tried a few times, still to avail. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Could you post the contents of your bugsack so that we can try narrowing down where it is falling apart.

Another thing is the new Autobar is simply *not* compatible with Mazzle at the moment, I know that it is breaking the Mazzle process.

I must be making the same mistake as you guys ?

I did a clean install and flowoed the instructions above but I must be missing something too.

If it helps I was only able to Mazzify if I went back into Custom and select all optopns.

I'm not an Mazzle expert by any means but from looking at the screen shot above I think Mazzle is partially working. After you get to the above stage I think you should exit the game. Then re-enter the game and without changing anything yet, completely Mazzlefy again. With luck maybe the process will complete correctly this time.

I just tried that and still the same thing :-( Funny thing is that it was working as soon as the patch came out and then went all funny.

Ok, I've been working on this for a few hours with a buddy of mine to see if he can get it to quit hanging in the middle of the Mazzlefication, which resulted in a screenshot similar to the one posted at the beginning of this thread.

Here is what he finally figured out.

MazzleUI gets so far into the Mazzlefication and hangs on a particular Addon. The first one was Blizzard, so he canceled the Mazzelfication, ran through it again and took the check mark out of the addon that it hung on previously and did the mazzlefication again.

Rinse. Repeat. After doing it twice to not update different addons (Auto Bar was the second) Mazzlefier ran all the way through and allowed him to finish.
