Plz help!

My 3d models and health on my interface are no longer in the bottom left corner about my ui frame. They are also in a different format and can't see my health or mana in the game. It worked fine one day and the next it changed. Did nothing with my mods or added any new ones. Checked bug sack and there is nothing. Anyone else have that happen? Or any ideas on how to fix it without uninstalling my mazzle and then reinstalling?

Thx sooo much. Everything is working great. I thought it was DUF, but wasn't sure how to fix it
