Trade Spam Addon

When I say trade spam, I mean something that will post a guild recruit message while I am logged in perhaps once every 5 minutes.

Not sure if it's against ToS or anything but it would be a helpful addon for me since I am trying to recruit people for my guild over trade chat.

It should be ok, Blizzard defines spam as the same message being sent more than once every 30 seconds. 5 minutes would be well within tolerable limits.
