Buff/debuff displays.

Looking towards finishing the look of my UI, I started browsing through the Buff/Debuff sections in hope for some good, easy to work, and good looking buff bars, but found nothing I liked personally.
Question is, would it be just as easy to make an addon, much like eTooltip: http://www.wowinterface.com/download...-eTooltip.html, and have a pathway to an image to replace old ones with? If so, has anyone tried it, or could possibly upload one like it to WoWInterface?
