I like Violation, myself.

It's worth checking out Recount. It is pretty data intensive, but it's VERY helpful in player improvement (try clicking on one of the bars in the meter itself). I would at least try it out, and if you notice a slowdown in gameplay at all, just chuck it for something else.

<--- Violation also. used all the others...Violation is best all around imo.

Violation shows threat as well, but Omen is more detailed and has more features.

Depends on how much info I need but usually its:

Just want a basic meter ---> Violation

Want a meter with some extra detail such as death tracking, etc ----> Assessment

Want lots of info and it needs to look pretty ---> Recount

Majority of time I use Assessment as it pretty much sits in the middle of the other two for memory and resource usage, yet generally gives me all the info I need.

If you're after something for "post combat" analysis then Recap is also very good.

I used to use SWstats, but since damage meters are one of the most cpu and memory intensive addons, I just chucked it and rely on others now.

I used to use Recount but switched to Assessment because Recount produces excessive levels of addon comm spam.
