Firelands and The Molten Front Maps

Molten Front/Molten Stream quests are not shown on the quest list until you uncheck "Hide quests not in zone".

Is this as intended?

BTW:
The sliders for quest givers in quest list -> "priority" still show level 80 at max.?

When I enter Firelands, my Carbonite minimap appears zoomed *way* out, so I can see the three FL maps in a quarter-inch column in the middle of the square. I can, of course, manually zoom all the way in to a normal view. However, when I don't have my mouse over it, the map fades out.

Are either of these problems normal behavior?
