[Is it possible?] Voice binds played though in game Voice coms

I would really like an addon that at the push of a button would open up the voice bind popup menu which then i would push other buttons going through the menu without using any of my characters actions.

In this menu I want to have my own added audio clips to select.
Selecting an audio clip would then play the audio on my speakers and over the ingame voice coms and have my character auto say the caption of the audio clip.

I am able to rig up ventrilo to do this by using its keybind voice binds and play it over my motherboard soundcard and have wow ingame mic select that sound card and what it hears. the only problem is I cant hear it unless i run 2 vents at once both running the same binds and one on each sound card.

its annoying and difficult to use.

this is why i would much rather have an addon that can do this with ease.

In a way something like this could get annoying but it can be moderated ingame by using player mute or ignore.
