Same place. Just stick the AddOn kit in your WotLK directory and run it from there.

When I get home from work i'll probably try starting a guild on the US PvP server (alliance) if anyone decided to put a character there.

Also, to effectively test the wotlk version of my mod i'm gonna need some help from everyone who does BGs in the expansion. So if you plan to do a lot keep in mind i'm going to be looking for some data-gatherers.

The latest version from their website works on Wrath. I've been using it for over a month now.
