nui+ release does not manage census plus mini map button

Hi All,

I recently gave nui+ a try and noticed that the "button bag" contained all my buttons except fro census plus 4.2.2 button.

If you can send me your nUI.lua saved variables file from [ World of Warcraft > WTF > Account > {your account} > SavedVariables > nUI.lua ] I can get that fixed (I hope).
