Clock, calendar, and mail icons not showing

Its all still checked on, I unchecked and rechecked the boxes, quit and reloaded wow. What gives?

The button window may be minimized. Shift left click the C Carbonite minimap button.

Other addons may also hide them. You can try disabling all others and test.
