If you created an interface folder that is a problem. It should already be there since WoW has parts of the UI that are actually addons. The unzip Location should be something like
C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\addons unless you installed on a drive other than C:

then the files for Stunwatch should drop in a folder called stunwatch under addons. Make sure that you didnt nest them as in stunwatch\stunwatch. Then you need to exit Wow and restart for it to find the addon. You may also need to click the addon button in the ui before you pick a character and check the load out of date addon checkbox.

Where did you put the files? That's your install path.

Something like C:\program files\world of warcraft\interface\addons\stunwatch\stunwatch.toc should be it. Browse to the addons folder and searf for stunwatch there and tell us where the toc file is.

Just to be certain, since I'm pretty sure StunWatch is out-of-date, have you checked the load out-of-date thing in the character selection screen in WoW?
