target buffs/debuffs ouf plug in
So there's a bunch of ouf layouts that don't include target buffs/debuffs and there isn't a simple little addon (to my knowledge) that can cater for this. It'd be really cool!

Yeah, the majority of oUF layout authors that don't include auras are using SBF to set them up.
