Draggable/Re-sizable Objectives Frame

Hey folks, I've begun to use a new packaged UI based entirely on .lua code. An issue I'm having is that the Blizzard Objectives Tracker is in a retarded location that makes using it a pain.

I can't find a way to move it, so I was wondering if anyone could help me find/make a simple addon that'll let me put it somewhere else on my screen and lock it there instead. So far my search has been fruitless. Thanks!
