Punk detection sound not working

For several days I have been trying to figure out what is not working.

Enabling sound alert when a punk is around is not working anymore since last version. I tested this with no addons besides Carbonite and no sound is activated when you have the option for the sound selected.

What is the sound that you are supposed to hear exactly because I get nothing
