CC Break Announce?

Is there a mod that will Announce in Party (Yell would be better) who broke CC spell? Say a Hunter casts Freeze Trap, traps mob A and mister mage AoE's and Breaks the Freeze: Mister Mage Has Broke Crowd Control! Watch Out For Incoming Damage That Should Not Have Happened But Because Mister Mage Doesnt Know What CC Is, It Is Going To!!

I know, I didnt have to go to all that extreme but it sounded funny as I was typing LOL
