What's the event after PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD or the event for Talent tree loaded

Hi :P

I'm having some troubles regarding the access to the talent tree when player enter world (after login) for the first time.
I can access the tree with no problem when the player is in world or if I use the "/console reloadUI" command also with player already in world. But when player first enter world after lohin, all talents have rank 0, which is not true

I tryed to find an event for talent tree loaded or something alike or an event after PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD, but got no luck

Is there such an event ? If there is 1, which is it :P ? If not, how can I workaround this ?
