Game minimap in Carbonite map?

I've used Carbonite for a long time, but I recently wiped my harddrive, so I'm reinstalling it again.
The prompt window comes up and asks me if I would like to move the game minimap into the Carbonite map, wich I would like to do, so I click yes. The UI reloads but the map hasnt moved and the prompt comes up again.
I've gone into the options and tried to ask it to move the minimap, but nothing changes.
What am I missing?

Sounds like your WTF\Account\<name>\SavedVariables\Carbonite.lua file or one of those folders is read-only or has the wrong permissions.

You could try deleting that Carbonite.lua file.

You could use file explorer to check properties on those folders or file.
