Gather - Non-profession based nodes

Hi,
I must have missed in both the options menu and the thread tutorial on gathering nodes for carbonite where the non-profession based node switches ares located. In the stickied tutorial about carbonite nodes, it mentions the ability view marked locations like Frost Chips and such. I only see info on mining and herbalism.

Is this something I'll have to manually note to map?
Taking Blood of Heroes as an example, I have all the map coords for Eastern Plaugelands:

I'd really like to have that imported into carbonites node data instead of manually entering them. Is such a feature already implemented, or was I just teased about what I read?

Click ? icon at bottom of map to open the Guide. Left click the "Gather >>>" text. Left click the Everfrost Chip or Gas icon to show on map. It will only show those that you have collected, since we have no import for them. Tracking a quest will turn those off, since they are considered a normal Guild selection, which is not how Herb and Mining nodes are treated.

There is no way for Carbonite to set multiple locations at a time. You would have to add a note for each location. You could open the Favorites window and turn on recording, then ctrl left click each location, but that requires eyeballing the positions.

Really? Theres no way to add the cords in the .lua file somewhere?
Apparently you can use TomTom and add those cords in the .lua file to create multiple waypoints without manually clicking on a spot on the map. This can't be done somehow with carbonite?
