Question, no one ingame could answer about interface!

Ok so I was curious if there is anyway to get rid of the little info that pops up when you scroll your mouse over someone in-game?
I havn't been able to find the answer anywhere, and if there isn't an option is there an addon that can maybe hide it?

That little info is commonly referred to as the 'tooltip', have a look at wowinterface category for addons pertaining to that.
