Another quick photoshop request!

Hello! I was wondering if someone could add a glow to the characters of my wallpaper.

Sephiroth (left) = red glow
Cloud (right) = blue glow

I have an example ready, but it's not in the resolution I'd like...

Here is the picture

I have a copy that's not as blurred, if you like.

A little different, I'll see if it'll work with my idea x)

I'm trying to get the wallpaper to look as if it were... alive (by making the characters 'glow' every 5minutes through wallpaper cycling)

Nobody else can fill out my request?

I did 3 versions with 3 different levels of glow. You can pick the one you like or have your desktop cycle through all three. I recommend 0-1-2-3-2-1-0 (where 0 is no glow and 1-2-3 are the 3 levels of glow). If it's too much then just do 0-1-2-1-0 or 0-1-0.
