How do I turn the "voice" off on this UI?

I downloaded the UI by Daede and everytime I kill something a voice shouts really loud and it says gives me the number of "frags" example:

First Blood!
Frags: 1

Can anyone tell me how to turn the voice off, or how to get rid of the counter all together?
