Move Minimap

I've noticed that people are moving their minimap and also hiding the titalbar.

How would one do this?

Also, I love the functionality of raid tracker. It does not seem to work with a 2-5 man party however. Is there a mod that does the same thing or close?

Many people use CleanMiniMap (CMM) to move the minimap, change it's styling and turn parts of it on and off.

Thanks. Will look into this. Also found Moveanything. Not sure if this will do as much as CleanMiniMap.
