Looking for a Warlock UI

Hello everyone !

First, I'm French, so please excuse me when my english is not always correct.
I am playing on Warlock, and I am looking for a great UI. Something that can look like this one :

For this last one, I have download the packages (http://www-en.curse-gaming.com/downloads/details/8299/) but it doesn't really work.

I have tried to search in your own thread, but I don't really understand how they works (in Released Interface) and my english isn't good enough.

Could you advise me for one of yours maybe ? Or help in another way ?

Best thing to do is search though the UI's and find the best one that suits your needs or if you can't find any that you like make one your self.

That's what I done at last.
There's one addon I would like to find, but I don't know its name.

It is the one which change the skin of the "windows", here we can see it on the "vous avez succombé". I wanna use it, but I don't know its name.
