All you have to do is select what kind of mods you want active during the Mazzifying process. There are options for PvP, Raid, AH, Damage Meters, Boss Mods, etc, etc, etc.... It will then set the ones you don't want to be disabled for that character and the ones you do want will be configured for initial use.

See this is one spot where is was extremely confused. When I went under the Raiding section, It wouldn't let me check the "No" parts. Any reason for this?

P.S. I'm hitting the sack. I'll check your response after class tommorow

You need to have those options enabled earlier on in the Mazzify process. If you did a "Complete Mazzification", all options are available to be editted. If you only did the Look n Feel option, you'd only be able to change things that have to do with the appearance, not selecting what addons are loaded. The first page is pretty important.
