Can't make Trinity2 bar come on in stealth

I have a bar that should pop up in stealth. When i select stealth on the DockEdit menu, it seems to only make the bar hide in stealth, and display out of stealth.

I've tried various combinations of toggling bar display and selecting the stealth radio button. But no luck.

Now i created a combat enhance bar, and set it to come on during combat. But that doesn't work either.

Anyone know if this works? Is there a potential conflice with another addon?
