!!!Libs Not loading?

So, as many of you who use mods probably know, alot of addons reference a folder "!!!libs". My issue is, that since the patch, this doesn't show in my addons at all, can't enable/disable anything. It's in the .../interface/addons folder, but when I log in, it's not in the addons gui. Is there an update I'm missing, or something else? Without !!!libs, apparently, ALOT of my mods won't work...HELP!

Hello,

read the readme.txt. It is all there, the folder just tell you what LIBS there are. There is nothing in it. For updates you need to update the LIBS Folders.
