Right, so I'm a roleplayer. I roleplay all the time, even when it's just me. It keeps me amused. Which is why I want this addon made, and hopefully, it shouldn't be too difficult.
You know how Yogg-Saron whispers the player when in
Whisper Gulch? That's the effect I want, wherever I am, whatever I'm doing, whichever level I'm at. Preferrably once every 1-3 minutes (a little bit of randomness just adds to the creepy atmosphere).

Making an addon that plays a random one of the above sound files every 1-3 minutes would fulfill the basic functionality I'm looking for, but there is always room for improvement! Here's a few "bonus objectives" that would be extremely nice additions, if it's at all possible:
Bonus 1: Somehow making the sound level for the whispers settable. Personally I definately wouldn't mind if the whispers were a little louder, so it wouldn't be as hard to hear them.
Bonus 2: Typing out "A Mysterious Voice whispers: " followed by the above text transcript of the sound. Doing this would somewhat mitigate the unavailability of bonus 1. Both are still the favorable result.
Bonus 3: Adding the ability to toggle on/off whispers from C'thun, the Ashbringer, and the Lich King.
