Range dots

I need help finding this addon,

I seen it a while back but i forgot the name of it

It put a little dot on the top right of all action bar buttons. and they turned red when the ability was out of range.

Not the same thing, but these both color the entire button red when the ability is out of range. Which I personally prefer.

Many bar addons have this functionality built into them already.

The default ui colors your keybinds red or show a ● (turns up as ? for some) if a skill doesn't have a keybind.

If you're using an action bar add-on it's possible they use some other form of power or range coloring or even none at all.

As brotherhobbes suggested above me, there are add-ons which will color the whole button but I'm not sure there's one that will add a "dot".
