Looking for this mod...

I'm looking for this mods that it's almost like skinner but it's not really skinner, if i remember right this mod folders you place this inside your interface folder NOT your addon folder and pretty much it automatically skins your map,bags,character screen and so on can anyone point me to where i can find it ?
