Quest area color

I'm a new to carbonite, so I'd like to ask, if this very colorful and nearly solid (intransparent) quest areas are intended or perhaps a graphical problem.

I have a Radeon 5850
WoW in windowed mode

Many other add-ons activated:
Cartographer
Gatherer
...

I did deactivate Cart 3.0, QuestHelper and TomTom.

Hm. Intended, although I'm not sure about the transparency. I think you can adjust that in the options somewhere. Or you can turn off the showing of quest areas.

I suspect have both Carbonite and Cartographer active at the same time is a bad idea. When I switched to Carbonite, I got rid of Cartographer, Gatherer, and Tom-Tom. I wasn't using Questhelper (I did and do still use TourGuide).
