is there any easiest way or the short cut of DL'ing the patches... ive just re-installed wow and patches are starting all over again from the start...

If you have problems with the blizzard downloader, you can get the patches from a reputable website.

Or if you want to use a different torrent client than the blizz one, you can open the .torrent file in your own client. Look in your Cache folder after you start the blizz downloader.


Why did you need to reinstall? New computer? If so, you can just copy your WoW directory from your old computer onto your new one via whatever you want: network, external hard drive, large flash drive, etc.

If the patches seem to be downloading slowly, open up the options/preferences for the downloader and disable Peer-to-peer. With the older patches, probably not many people are downloading them, so p2p will slow you down instead of speed you up.
