Recount and omen

Or you could download Skada, which does the same things as those two combined, and nUI comes with a pre-made infopanel for Skada once its installed.

I am having a problem with the settings of skada in the window of nUI. I set the skada with one line showing only my character, but if I log out and log back in the settings change. I have enclosed pics of this. Is there some way (I am not a programmer or computer whiz) to fix this easily. The single line of stats I set is the way I want it but after logging out and back in it adds another line to it, along the side of it. This is very frustrating and I see by other peoples pics that they do not have this problem. I have spoken with the creator of skada and he told me it had to do with nUI. So I am asking you how to fix this.

nUI by default shows two boxes... one for damage and one for threat. There's really no easy way to undo that.

If all you want is damage, then I would suggest you uninstall Skada and install Recount and you're done.

Well the skada addon reverted back to threat when out of combat but I guess I can live without that, thanks. Your addon is still the best .

If you change which panel it is on out of combat, it should remember.

Normally the two panel Skada config shows Damage/DPS out of combat and Threat/DPS in combat.

It "remembers" what your most recent choices were for each panel, so if you changed it while playing around with Skada, then you need to change it back and then it should work correctly.

Again, however, if you only want to have damage without the threat, then you can remove Skada and install Recount. nUI will detect Recount and put it in the info panel and you'll have just one set of bars that show damage only.

Ok..I have downloaded the merge add on and still cannot get omen and recount in one window.. What am I doing wrong?

Try nUI Dual Stats. The plugin you've downloaded only shows one window at a time.

It is pretty easy, just set Recount to hide while in combat. Then set omen to hide when not in combat. No plugin or additional settings. I have done this in my UI in the past and it works well. But the other posters are correct in saying Skada will do both. I have recently switched to Skada and it works as well as the Recount/Omen combination, and uses much less memory.
