got 70 lock and rogue my self ( and priest and hunter)

i cant live with out my timers and poisoner

i use MazzleUI which has every thing youll ever need an more, but not to everyones taste

so

Poisoner
http://www.wowinterface.com/download...-Poisoner.html

casting bar - Quartz
http://www.wowinterface.com/download...astingBar.html

Antagonist - enemy cast bars
http://www.wowinterface.com/download...ntagonist.html

Chronometer - DOT Timer etc
http://www.wowinterface.com/download...ronometer.html

just a basic list, as suggested search the down loads on this site

also if you want what is still one of the best UI's ( if you can follow forum guides to get it working ) Try MazzleUI, it still works great so long as you follow the instructions

Before anything try the addons suggested by Tyrolit or Natur enemycastbar. You don't need Chronometer if you use Quartz and enemy castbars.
I'm in the opinion that you need to custom your own UI, I would suggest sct, sct spellready (it needs deucecommander), xPerl ( http://forums.nurfed.com/downloads.php?do=cat&id=2 ) or Pitbull.

No... You can move all of those to wherever you want.

You need eepanels2. It creates backdrop panels where to arrange everything, although I doubt you can set those bars as parent frames. Just lock their position where you created a panel.
For the others ui elements you can attach the panels as parent ui frame, but for that you will need to discover the frame name using Baddiel.
If you need textures I suggest you Surfaces.
