Same server for me, fyi my char names are Afterlife, Challenger and Adrenaline if anyone wants to group up. I asked for them to be copied this morning so should be there by tomorrow hopefully (says approx 1 day waiting time for a copy).

Not quite. Your account has been copied to the beta servers ages ago, and the password that was valid at that time also. The beta and live servers are unaffected by eachother. That means you can still change your password on live servers. Your beta password will remain unchanged!

yes and in addition to this create a temporary account is just only for US Account

Read the notice on the left of the login screen. It's a known bug that they are trying to fix. You will have to use the launcher for now (in your wotlk root folder).

Also servers are down for new patch. It's a big 511mb patch.

Does anyone know how the keys were distributed? A random selection of the names submitted by Cairenn or was everyone supposed to get one? I've seen only one other person who said they didn't get one

Yeah, I'd be interested to see how many people, like me, in the US 001-591 range hasn't gotten a key yet. Maybe blizzard is taking random sets from those emails (along with all of the other websites and contest winners) in staggered bunches. Perhaps to keep the load on patch servers, character transfers, email servers, and game servers from spiking too much?

If that's the case, then no worries at all on waiting a little more! It's just hard not knowing if it's that or if there's something wrong with my specific case.
