Loot window

When the 4.01 patch came in I took the opportunity to completely rework my UI. Found quite a few new addons and also went back to a few old ones. Everything is working beautifully with the exception of one thing...my loot window. Previously I had it set and locked to the upper left part of screen and now it comes up on my cursor with drives me nuts. Can't for the life of me figure out how to get it set back to a locked position or what addon did it if there was one at all. Any clues?

Interface Options > Controls > Uncheck [] Open Loot Window At Mouse.
