Transfer data from old addons to new addons

Hi - I just downloaded the new Gatherer and MapNotes addons. Following Blizz's instructions, I removed my old interface folder to install the new addons. Which files do I need to move to restore the data already collected there?

Put your old savedvariables.lua file back in the ..\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\<Account Name> folder.

All of the .lua files?
For example, Gatherer has :
Gatherbase.lua
gatherer.lua
gatherui.lua
gatherregiondata.lua
localization.lua
ui_localization.lua

...and they have different modified dates spanning several months.
