First of all, thanks for reading this and I hope you also take your time to reply..

Im a rogue on Skullcrushers,

I want to be able to use like Sinister Strike, Evi, Kidney Shot etc on 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 and I want to be able to use Vanish, Garrote etc when i Press F1-F2-F3 etc, I know I should go key bindings but I dont understand where to click in, like ActionBar1 or SelfActionbar1 etc.. or if it was any mods tell me
