Keybindings resetting to default

I have updated mods and everything has been working fine until recently. One day, my keybindings reset to defaults and it's getting very irritating having to reconfigure them at least once a day. The only thing I can think of is it has to do with the delete key because sometimes I can get my settings back if I press it a few times (it's one of my bindings for switching stances/auras, etc). I'm curious if anyone knows how to go into the keybindings file and make it so it can't be reset or something. I asked a GM what the problem was or how to fix it, and they basically told me not to use my custom UI's...which isn't going to happen.

On another note, I am curious how to get the blue border for CT Buffs? Most videos I see with people using this, they have the blue/red border while mine is simply text and a clear background. I have the latest version of CT Mod.
