need help putting it all together

hello. I have an addon suite i want to make into a ui.

what i am wondering, is how can i make a button on the minimap, that when clicked will bring up a spellbook with icons linking to configure the addons?

What i need to do is edit the earth feature menu. perhaps change the title, and add buttons. that would be very helpful...
