Cooldown timer on your action bar button & pitbull problem

i recently re installed all my addons since most of them where bugged, and i've gotten everyone back except for one. It put my cooldowns on a certain skill on it button. Anyone know of one?

PS: http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z...os8/soloUI.jpg Is my current UI but i cant get me focus on pitbull to work when i try set some one to focus is comes up with an error message saying:

Error: AddOn PitBull attempted to call a forbidden function (FocusUnit()) from a tainted execution path.
