Cooldown Problem, Please Help

I didn't have this problem when I got the UI so I'm guessing it occurred after I updated OmniCC. The second cooldowns on the "easy debuff monitoring squares" that appear in the middle of the screen above the target unit-frame are now appearing in the middle of the box rather then the bottom. This is making it to where I can't see how many stacks of scorch I have up, etc. Is there any way to go back to how it was on the bottom?
