CoolDown Monitor

So yeah.. just did my daily WAU, logged into WoW and noticed that some of my frames and settings had been jumbled about. I've fixed everything bar one thing which I've no idea what it belongs to.

I've got 'CoolDown Monitor' placed square in the middle of the screen, can't r-click for a menu, doesn't shift+drag, doesn't fix with mazzify:

Anyone have any clue as to what it might be? So far it's only appeared in Battlegrounds, though I'm yet to test if it appears when I'm flagged anywhere.

EDIT: Only shows up in Battlegrounds/Arenas.

i think its deadly boss mod or capping i know mazzle has those both.

but for the who is holding what im not too sure i thought that to be on the left middle side.

I don't use the compilation but it looks like oRA2

Check oRA2 options to find the one controlling the cooldown monitor.
In the meantime you should be able to Alt+drag it to a more "out of the way" location.

oh yes so true sorry about that hehe i was looking at those dang timers haha.
